We are two Spanish friends who, for personal and professional reasons, have lived abroad and have experienced first hand the nostalgia of our country's products and those flavors that connect us with our roots. That connection with Spain drives us to understand and empathize with each of our customers. Did you sign up from day 1 to 15? You will receive your box from the 16th to the 31st day of the same month.

Did you sign up from the day 16th to the 31st? You will receive your box from the 1st to the 15th day of the next month.

And after the first month?

You will always receive your Oletubox box before the 15th day of each month.

We care about the environment. That's why we use eco-friendly packaging and encourage you to reuse our recycled plastic pots - give them a second/third or fourth life as a flower pot, garbage can, cooler and more!

Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the day you place your order. However, generally, orders are delivered between 5 to 10 business days maximum. We will send you a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.

We offer shipping from Spain to many European countries, including Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic. Let's go!

Absolutely! We are proud to offer only authentic products directly brought from different regions of Spain. We want you to experience the true essence of Spanish gastronomy in
every bite.

We are very sorry if this happens. Please take a picture of the damaged product and send it to us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to solve the problem, either by refunding the cost or sending you a replacement.

Most of the time this will be the case, but sometimes brands change their packaging or stop manufacturing some products, so in some cases you may receive a similar product, of equivalent price and quality.

We make sure that all our products have a wide shelf life margin when you receive them.

Some products may require refrigeration after opening. We always recommend you to read the indications on the labeling for its correct preservation.

Both! You can choose to order pots on an occasional basis according to your cravings or needs. However, if you are a true lover of Spanish flavors and need to have your favorite products at home to savor them on any occasion, we recommend our annual subscriptions. This way, you will receive a pot every month with the best of Spanish gastronomy.
